This project focuses on the design of a digital tool aimed at addressing energy poverty in Rybnik. The application combines research functionalities with advisory and educational services to help residents understand and combat energy poverty. It serves as both a resource for information and a guide for practical steps residents can take to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency in their homes.
The tool has been designed with accessibility guidelines in mind, ensuring that it is usable by a wide range of people, including those with disabilities. Special attention was given to creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface, enabling easy navigation for all users, regardless of their technical proficiency.
The design is cohesive with Rybnik city’s brand book, ensuring that the digital tool aligns with the city's visual identity and communicates a sense of reliability and community engagement. The color scheme, typography, and layout choices reflect the city's brand values, creating a consistent and professional appearance throughout the application.
The overall goal of the project has been to create a comprehensive, accessible, and informative tool that empowers residents of Rybnik to take action against energy poverty, while maintaining alignment with the city’s branding and strategic goals.
