This consultancy report was created for Swarmcheck, with the Ministry of Regional Policy as the client, as part of a series of workshops focused on the Fundusz na rzecz Sprawiedliwej Transformacji (FST)—a fund supporting the just transition of coal regions in Poland. The workshops aimed to identify overregional projects based on inter-institutional cooperation and develop recommendations for their planning and implementation.
The report was designed entirely within Swarmcheck’s branding, ensuring the visual identity remained consistent throughout. The document features a well-structured table of contents and a clear hierarchy of headers, making it easy to navigate the extensive information. The typesetting was carefully crafted to enhance readability and ensure the report remains accessible despite the depth of content.
Icons, bullets, and highlighting were used to break up text, draw attention to key points, and enhance the overall visual appeal, all while adhering to a clean and professional layout. Special care was taken to ensure there was air between elements, resulting in an open, uncluttered design that is easy to digest.
This report is an example of how design can enhance complex content, providing clear, engaging, and visually aligned communication that complements the Swarmcheck branding while fulfilling the Ministry’s needs.
